2 seriously injured in crash that shut down road in Lebanon
South Cumberland remains closed in both directions.
LEBANON, Tenn. (WSMV) - New: The Lebanon Police Department reports that two vehicles were involved in a head-on crash Monday afternoon.
Two victims have been taken to a local hospital with serious injuries.
South Cumberland remains closed in both directions.
“We are encouraging commuters to take Maple Street or Cainsville Road,” LPD said.
Earlier: The Lebanon Police Department has shut down a road in the city due to a wreck on Monday afternoon.
LPD reports that South Cumberland is shut down for an extended period of time due to the crash.
Traffic is being diverted at Leeville Pike and the Walmart intersection. Motorists should consider Maple Street as an alternate route.
