A large-scale operation involving federal agencies converged on a home on Hobson Pike to investigate human trafficking.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Metro Nashville Police Department, along with several other agencies, executed a joint operation at a residence in Antioch on Wednesday morning, resulting in multiple arrests.
The Department of Homeland Security, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation converged on the residence located at 2330 Hobson Pike around 6 a.m. to execute a search warrant. The federal warrant stemmed from an investigation that began a year ago related to human trafficking.
Homeland Security had credible evidence that a brothel was operating out of the home of Hobson Pike, as part of a larger-scale operation that included at least two other locations. MNPD said this brothel was connected to another on Bart Drive, and one on Mt. View Road.
