Tennessee football’s 2025 schedule released

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - The complete 2025 Tennessee football schedule was released Tuesday night.

Like this season, the season will be 14 weeks with two open dates and 12 opponents.

The Vols will kick off their season against Syracuse in Atlanta and play their first conference game of the season at home against Georgia.

The following is the full schedule (home games in bold):

  • Aug. 30: vs. Syracuse
    • At Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta for Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game
  • Sept. 6: vs. ETSU
  • Sept. 13: vs. Georgia
  • Sept. 20: vs. UAB
  • Sept. 27: at Mississippi State
  • Oct. 4: OPEN DATE
  • Oct. 11: vs. Arkansas
  • Oct. 18: at Alabama
  • Oct. 25: at Kentucky
  • Nov. 1: vs. Oklahoma
  • Nov. 8: OPEN DATE
  • Nov. 15: vs. New Mexico State
  • Nov. 22 at Florida
  • Nov. 29 vs Vanderbilt

Kickoff times for each game will be announced at a later time.
