Woman, man arrested after attempting to break into warehouse

Spring Hill, Tenn. (WSMV) - An alarm call alerted Spring Hill officers to an attempted burglary at a warehouse on Cleburne Road early Tuesday morning.

Officers said when they arrived, they saw that the fencing had been cut at the SRS Distribution warehouse.

Spring Hill Police said officers used a drone to search the area and located a woman hiding in a nearby wooded area. She was taken into custody.

Later Tuesday morning, SHPD said a tip led to the arrest of a second person, a man. SHPD said they have evidence to believe that both the man and the woman were involved in the attempted theft from the warehouse.

Both will face charges.
