Residents displaced following chimney fire at Madison home

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The Nashville Fire Department (NFD) responded to a chimney fire that displaced residents at a Madison home on Tuesday afternoon.

The NFD reported that crews were dispatched to a home in the area of Heritage Glen Court to reports of a chimney fire.

Upon arrival, firefighters found heavy smoke and flames showing. Eventually, the fire was extinguished.

“The Red Cross was called out for displaced residents and Fire Investigators are on the scene,” NFD said. “No injuries were reported.”
