Man, woman found dead inside Cumberland County home

There is no threat to the public, according to the sheriff’s office.
A man and woman were found dead in their Cumberland County home Thursday night in the Lake Tansi community in Cumberland County.

CROSSVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man and a woman were found dead in a home in Cumberland County on Thursday night, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies and investigators responded to the home in the Lake Tansi Community at about 10:15 p.m. A call was made to a Lake Tansi security officer for a welfare check at the Shoshone Loop Road home.

Authorities found an unresponsive man and woman, identified as 56-year-olds Gary Agopsowicz and Angela Fifelski, who both had gunshot wounds.

A medical examiner will perform an autopsy to determine their exact cause of death. The investigation is ongoing.
