Search for Sebastian Rogers remains ‘active and ongoing’ as 2024 comes to a close

HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - The search for missing teenager Sebastian Rogers remains “active and ongoing” according to the Sumner County Sheriff’s Office as 2024 comes to an end.
The teen with autism went missing from his mother’s Hendersonville home on Feb. 26 and hasn’t been seen since. He was last seen on Stafford Court in Hendersonville.

SCSO said they understand the community’s desire to solve this case and appreciate the public’s vigilance, but they caution people to be cautious of social media rumors, saying that misinformation can distract from the “real efforts” to find Rogers.
“The search for Sebastian Rogers remains our top priority, and we will continue to pursue all leads with the utmost diligence. We ask for continued support and patience from the community as we work together to bring Sebastian home,” SCSO said.
Police also hope the community continues to provide information to law enforcement that they deem important to the case.
Tips regarding Rogers’ disappearance should be directed to SCSO or the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
