Madison joined the news team in August 2022 and is a news anchor for Today in Georgia at WALB. Madison grew up on Long Island, New York in a small town called Manhasset.
For almost the last two years, Madison worked as a TV producer and video journalist at Just the News in Washington, D.C. She served as the producer for numerous shows and played a key role in the launch of their primetime television show, "Just the News Not Noise," hosted by award-winning investigative journalist John Solomon and TV personality Amanda Head. She interned as a summer college associate at Fox News in 2019. During college, Madison got a range of experience getting to work with ESPN Campus Connection, SEC Network/Anchor Down Productions, Nashville Predators, among other productions.
Madison graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2020. She was a Division I student athlete on the Vanderbilt Women's Lacrosse team for all four years. While competing for the Commodores, Madison was a 4x SEC Academic honor roll recipient. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in communication studies with a minor in Business at Vanderbilt University and a certificate in social entrepreneurship from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University.
While at Vanderbilt, Madison served as the sports correspondent for Vanderbilt Television News for three years. During her senior year, Madison launched the Vanderbilt University affiliate of the TV show "Keep Up," a show run by college students all over the country, for college students. She served as the executive producer, anchor and manager of the show.
She is also a member of the Alpha Delta Pi Sorority.
Her passion for news started back in high school when she realized she loved giving public speeches and was passionate about delivering to her community the news that mattered the most to them.
Madison loves spending her free time exercising, playing sports, hiking, and is currently trying to teach herself how to play the keyboard.
She specifically loves meeting the community of Albany and is extremely excited to get to know the area and the people!
