Lexi Lepof

Lexi Lepof is the Weekend Evening Anchor for WVLT News. During the week, you will see her reporting on stories in the community and occasionally filling in on the anchor desk.

Lexi was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. She joined WVLT News after graduating from Ohio University in 2023. While a student, Lexi interned in New York City with NBC News, TODAY Show and WNBC New York. She was also very involved at the campus news station, WOUB-TV.

Lexi's breaking news reporting on the shooting death of Knox County Deputy Tucker Blakely was part of an entry that won WVLT News a Regional Edward R. Murrow Award for Overall Excellence.

Lexi is a mental health advocate. She was honored with the 2024 Media Suicide Prevention Award from the Tennessee Suicide Prevention Network.

In her free time, Lexi loves to cook, exercise and cheer on her favorite football team, the Cincinnati Bengals.
