Rylee Robinson
Sports Anchor/Reporter
A native of Bowdon, Georgia. Rylee joined the WVLT sports team in July 2024 as a reporter/anchor.
Rylee comes to Knoxville after spending almost two years as a sports reporter and anchor at our sister station KFDA in Amarillo, Tx. During her time in Amarillo, Rylee covered Texas high school football and college sports. If she had to pick, her favorite thing was covering the Amarillo Sod Poodles, the Double-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks.
Rylee graduated Kennesaw State University in May 2022 with a bachelor's degree in journalism and emerging media. While at KSU, Rylee received tons of hands-on experience working with the athletic program and even got to sideline report some KSU games on ESPN+.
Rylee's love for sports sparked at an early age. She was a
either at the baseball fields watching her two older brothers or on the hardwood playing basketball.
In her free time, Rylee enjoys working out, trying out new cooking recipes, and finding the cutest coffee shops in town.
