Southbound Tequila Cocktail

Ingredients:

1/2 ounce of strawberry jam

1/2 ounce Simple syrup

1/4 ounce Aperol

1/2 ounce lime or lemon juice

1 1/2 ounces Southbound Tequila Blanco

1/2 ounce egg white

1 slice of jalapeño

Directions:

Whip shake for egg froth

Then shake with lots of ice

Rim with Tajin
