High Protein Pumpkin Pie Dip:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cottage cheese ( can substitute garbanzo beans or Greek yogurt) 
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup 
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 
  • 1 tbsp ground pumpkin spice 
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter or nut butter

(optional)

Assemble:

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth. 
  2. Serve with fresh fruit or graham crackers. 
  3. Enjoy 

Boo-Nanas:

Ingredients:

  • 2-4 Bananas 
  • Long sucker sticks 
  • Yogurt ( used Cocojune brand) 
  • Ground coconut flakes 
  • Mini chocolate chips 

Assemble:

  1. Half each Banana
  2. Place stick on each halved banana
  3. Dip banana in yogurt 
  4. Roll banana in coconut 
  5. Place 2 mini chocolate chips for eyes
  6. Place boo bananas on plate or platter and freeze 30-40 min or overnight….serve and enjoy

Monster Teeth:

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 apples 
  • Peanut butter or Nut/Seed butter
  • Small marshmallows 

Assemble:

  1. Take two apple slices 
  2. Spread peanut butter on each slice 
  3. Add about 4 marshmallows between the apples slices to look like teeth 
  4. Serve and enjoy 

Spooky Spaghetti:

Ingredients:

  • Squid ink Spaghetti 
  • 1 string cheese
  • A few black olives 
  • Pasta sauce ( optional ) 

Assemble:

  1. Boil noodles until soft and set aside
  2. Slice string cheese into round coins 
  3. Take a black olive and a straw and punch a small hole with the straw out of the olive
  4. Place the small black olive dot on the string cheese round to look like an eyeball, 
  5. Scatter the eyeball string cheese over top the pasta for a spooky feel enjoy!
