Tip from citizen leads to arrest of Lebanon Walmart shooting suspect
Lebanon PD released surveillance footage as detectives work to identify the suspect.
LEBANON, Tenn. (WSMV) - UDPATE: Davin Rolle,27, has been arrested in connection to the shooting outside Walmart in Lebanon that happened Saturday night.
The Lebanon Police Department said their Criminal Investigation Division, along with their Special Operations Division, conducted a search warrant at an apartment on Rome Pike after receiving a tip. Authorities said they located Rolle inside of the apartments.
He was charged with aggravated assault and reckless endangerment.

Late Saturday night, a Walmart in Lebanon was evacuated after the Lebanon Police Department was alerted to possible shots fired at the store.
Lebanon PD evacuated the store just after 11 p.m. and those living within a mile of the area were asked to shelter in place.
Officers cleared the Walmart and employees were allowed to re-enter the store around midnight after they determined there was no further danger to the public present.
Lebanon PD said at least one shot was fired at the store, but no injuries were reported.
Surveillance footage shows the suspect entering the store, and then leaving before an altercation with another man unfolded just outside the entrance. The other man is seen approaching while the suspect holds out a handgun. The suspect then fires one shot but does not appear to hit the man, who is only a few feet away.
Additional footage shows the suspect driving away. Lebanon PD believes he was driving a light-colored 4-door car on the night of the incident.
Detectives continue to investigate what occurred on Saturday night and details about the suspect. Images of the man in question were released to the public on Sunday.
