Man chases teens in car, demands oral sex at gunpoint in roadway, police say
The victims noticed a passing officer and ran for help.
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - A man is charged with aggravated rape after police say he chased teenagers in his car and then demanded oral sex at gunpoint in the road, according to an arrest warrant.
The man accused in the incident from November 24 is 23-year-old Dejuan Moore, and he was arrested on Wednesday night.
The arrest affidavit says three teenage girls, ages 17, 15, and 17, were in one car and Moore was following them in another vehicle. He began aggressively flashing his high beams to get the girls to pull over.

The girls pulled over and told officers later that they did so because they were scared. That is when Moore allegedly pointed a gun at the teens and threatened to shoot them if they didn’t get out of the car.
Two of the teens got out and were forced, at gunpoint, to kneel in the roadway and perform oral sex on Moore, the arrest affidavit says.
The girls noticed a passing officer and ran for help.
Police said Moore sped away.
Moore was booked on December 11 and now faces 11 charges, including three counts of especially aggravated kidnapping, three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of aggravated rape, and evading arrest. He remains in custody on a $804,000 bond.
