NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) -The Nashville nonprofit “Neighbors 4 Native Plants” is holding its Fall Sale.

It started as a grassroots effort in 2023 to get more locals to plant native plants in their yards and on their porches.

The group buys the bulbs wholesale so they can turn around and sell them for a reduced price.

The idea is to create a pollinator pathway that will help the birds, bugs, and bees get where they need to go.

“Basically, we are inviting the wildlife into our yards,” said Dr. Beike Puncochar, co-founder of Neighbors 4 Native Plants. “The more pollinator spots we have the more we can support life.”

The group will be selling pollinator kits until September 21st and offering a variety of native plants.
